Wan Makhtar Bin Wan Abd Rahman
Executive Director, age 65
With vast experience working for PETRONAS Group of Companies since the mid 1980s, he moved to DWSB as Executive Director in 2014. He was responsible for improving the financial and administrative aspects of the business.
Lee Chan Fook
Executive Director, age 60
Since the mid 1990s, he has developed his family trading business in Besut, Terengganu into a well respected property developer. He joined DWSB in 2015 as Executive Director and was instrumental in securing a contract from Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran (“JPS”) in 2010 and the recent subcontract works from CCC for the ECRL Project – Section 2.
Wan Fakhrul Anwar Bin Wan Zakaria
Executive Director, age 47
He graduated with Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from Massey University, New Zealand in 2000. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. Started his career with Andersen in 2000 and later Ernst & Young as tax consultant. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance Services in 2003 then moved to Right Balance Sdn Bhd as Finance Manager in 2005. In 2007, he joined Jasa Merin (M) Sdn Bhd as Senior Manager (Business Development). He moved to Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (“AZRB”) as Assistant General Manager (Group Strategy) in 2010 and was later promoted to General Manager (2013) and Senior General Manager (2016). He left AZRB in 2018 to join DWSB as Executive Director.
Wan Muhammad Zulhilmi Bin Wan Makhtar
Project Manager, age 37
He graduated with Bachelor in Quantity Surveying (2011) and Diploma in Quantity Surveying (2008) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam. Before joining DWSB in 2017, he was Site Supervisor at LTS Utama Bina Sdn Bhd and Aman Maju Construction Sdn Bhd.
