Property Development
We are the leading Community Developer in Besut, Terengganu. Since our inception in 1995, we have developed various residential and commercial projects in Terengganu and Kelantan.
We strive to build development projects that are both affordable and good in quality.
Engineering & Construction
We successfully completed the construction works of 3 toll plaza (Sitiawan, Kg. Lekir and Beruas) for the West Coast Expressway Project in Perak. In addition, we recently secured subcontract works from China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd (“CCC”) for the East Coast Rail Link (“ECRL”) Section 2 Project in Besut, Terengganu.
Project Management & Consulting
With our expertise in project management, we have assisted CCC in managing the development approval process with the various State and local authorities particularly in Terengganu and Kelantan for the ECRL Project.
